SignalVerdict collects only the information needed to process an order, run research, and deliver a report.

Information we process

When you order a report, we process the idea description, optional target-customer description, email address, order and payment status, and the research/report data generated for that order.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. SignalVerdict does not receive or store your full card number or card security code.

Research providers and infrastructure

Your submitted idea and target-customer description may be processed by service providers used to operate the product, including hosting, database, payment, and AI/research infrastructure. Research may use public web pages and public community discussions.

Report links

Completed reports are accessible through a private, unguessable report link. Anyone who obtains that link may be able to view the report, so do not share it unless you intend to grant access.

Case studies

Case-study tracking is private by default. SignalVerdict does not publish a customer idea, report, or follow-up outcome as a public case study automatically.

Retention

Order and report records may be retained as needed to operate the service, investigate failures, prevent abuse, and maintain transaction records. Data may be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer reasonably needed.
