1. The service
SignalVerdict provides a bespoke Real Demand Evidence Report about one product or business idea. The launch service is manually reviewed and built primarily from current Reddit conversations and live web research, and delivered by email within the time stated at checkout. The legal seller identity and billing information shown in the hosted checkout and receipt form part of these terms.
2. What the report is—and is not
The report links public discussions and summarizes recurring pains, solution-seeking behavior, buyer signals, alternatives, complaints, communities, and reasonable inferences. It is decision support, not a guarantee of market demand, revenue, product-market fit, investment performance, legal compliance, or technical feasibility. You remain responsible for business and product decisions.
3. Your submission
You must have the right to submit the information you provide. Do not include passwords, payment-card data, health records, trade secrets, or other information that should not be used for external research. You grant us permission to use your submission only to process the order, conduct the requested research, provide support, and improve the service in aggregated or de-identified form.
4. Delivery and revisions
The delivery window begins after successful payment. We may ask one focused clarification if the idea is too vague to research fairly. The launch price includes one report, not unlimited consulting or a guarantee that a particular verdict will be reached. We will correct material factual or link errors reported within seven days.
5. Public sources and third parties
Reports may link to third-party discussions, product pages, and other public sources. Those sources can change or disappear, and we do not control their accuracy, availability, or policies. References to a platform or company do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
6. Payment, refunds, and consumer rights
The price and currency are shown before payment. Payment is processed by the hosted checkout provider; we do not handle your card number. Refund and delivery rules are in the Refund & Delivery Policy. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a report is limited to the amount paid for that report. We are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made from the report. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
