Terms of Service

SignalVerdict provides evidence-based research intended to help users evaluate business and product ideas. By purchasing or using a report, you agree to these terms.

Nature of the service

Reports are generated from public online sources and automated research systems. SignalVerdict is designed to cite and verify evidence, but no research process can guarantee completeness, accuracy, market success, or future outcomes.

No investment, legal, or financial advice

A GO, TEST, or DROP verdict is a research conclusion, not professional investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. You remain responsible for business decisions made using a report.

One-time purchase

The founding offer is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The applicable price is shown before Stripe checkout.

Digital fulfillment and failures

Research begins after successful payment confirmation. If a technical failure prevents SignalVerdict from producing a report, the order may be rerun, manually reviewed, or refunded as appropriate. A disagreement with the verdict itself is not a technical failure.

Source availability

Public web pages can change, move, become private, or be removed after a report is generated. SignalVerdict cannot guarantee that every cited external link will remain available indefinitely.

Acceptable use

Do not submit content you are not authorized to share, secrets, passwords, payment-card data, or unlawful requests. Do not attempt to abuse, automate, scrape, bypass payment, or interfere with the service.

Case studies

Case-study mode may track an idea and later outcome for follow-up. Nothing is made public automatically; public use requires a separate publication decision.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the product evolves. The current version will be published on this page.
